EasyKEY web will then process your data input and auto generate into business reports (Statement of Income & Expenses, Balance Sheet and other reports). These reports can be used as reference documents for your banking, legal, accounting and tax submissions (for example Income Tax Form B and P).
No. We provide simple guides with real life examples in our web templates to help you with the data entry process. It is as simple as learning ABC.

No. Our web platform is designed for Sole Proprietor and Partnership only.
No. You are required to create one (1) login and make one (1) time payment for each business (sole proprietor or partnership) and each financial year. You will be able to access to your business reports and export in PDF format for sharing with your partners.
Every business must prepare its Financial Statements for a financial period not more than 18 months from the date of incorporation (the day you registered with SSM). For example, you registered business on 1st Oct 2019. You can submit your business filing for the period from 1st Oct 2019 to 31st Dec 2020. The submission due date is on 30th Jun 2021.
Our web platform requests for limited personal/business information only. Users can opt to key-in at free will. However, please note that there are some critical information required for the auto generated business reports. For example, business start date, business type (Sole Proprietor or Partnership), Partner’s share apportionment and so on.
You can subscribe for multiple packages. Please note that one (1) package is meant for one (1) business profile and for one (1) financial year only.
Yes. You can make changes to your business profile before you finalize your data entry. Please make sure that your business profile is up-to-date and correct before you complete your data entry and click “Generate Report” section.

User Input – General
We recommend that you start data entry from Year 2018 because you are required to key-in some opening balances from previous years. For example: Capital, Current account b/f, Opening Stock and etc. Without these information, your business reports for Year 2020 will not be accurate.
Yes. You can use your 2019 business reports to complete Year 2020 data entry requirements for opening balances. For example: Capital, Current account b/f, Opening Stock and etc.
It is up to you! You can finish it within 2 hours, 1 day or 1 week, depend on your availability.

User Input – Page 1 Collection
You should key-in Sales based on your invoice date. In this case, you should key-in Sales RM10K in the Year 2019.
User Input – Page 2 Payment
You should key-in based on your purchases/expenses invoice/receipt date. In this case, you should key-in the Year 2019.
You do not require to key-in loan payment during the year. You need to find out the loan balance and key-in the correct amount in “Others” page. You can get this amount from your bank loan statement.
This is considered as a Fixed Asset. You need to key-in this amount in the “Assets” page for this motor vehicle and the correct hire purchase balance amount in “Others – Hire purchase”.

You should key-in the “Others – Loans” page with the balance of RM80K.
No. We do not provide these services that cover the input of SST/ GST. However, if you need to complete account with SST/ GST info, please contact our support : email@example.com

No. Only purchase using business cash/bank and business name is considered as Fixed Asset.
No. We have a set of standard asset useful life or depreciation rate according to Malaysia accounting standards for 10 different type of assets.
User Input – Page 5 Partnership expenses sharing
You do not need to because this is for Partnership business only. If your business is Sole Proprietor, this page will not appear, you do not need to key-in.
There are possibilities that certain individual partner(s) might include their personal expenses in the partnership business expenses. Personal expenses are not allowed to reduce business profit/income, therefore you need to disclose/key-in these amount to adjust for income tax calculation.
No. You do not need to key-in anything.
