1.5          We reserves the right to refuse to provide you access to the website, P&S or to allow you to open an Account for any reason(s) /circumstance(s) that we deem fit and relevant from time to time.

2.2          You must read and agree all terms stated prior to the use of our website.

2.3          You agree and acknowledge that the proprietary rights of your User Information are jointly owned by you and us for the purpose of using the website only.

2.4          You agree to keep your User ID and password confidential for your own use.

2.5          You are to ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

2.6          You will notify us immediately/without delay of any unauthorised use of your Account, User ID and password.

3.            PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

3.1          Our P&S offers are listed in our Services tab.

3.2          We provide generic terms/definition/translation to make it easy to understand and easy to use in our website. We also provide some basic examples in our page to assist and guide you better.

3.3          English language is our core language for our website. We provide basic and simple translation in Malay and Chinese for Malaysia market.

3.4          You agree that our translation is not akin to professional advices (example: accounting, legal and taxation advice) but merely descriptive guides in an attempt to provide real examples to all users. We are not responsible for any losses caused by your own misinterpretation or misunderstandings with the guidelines provided in our website. 3.5          You are required to keep your original documents (example: invoices, receipts, bank statements, agreements, etc) as per statutory law requirements for at least seven (7) years.

3.6          You are required to maintain your own records and detail listing of business transactions (ledgers) for local authorities’ audit, wherever and whenever necessary.

3.7          You are required to ensure that your data entry is supported by valid documents and keep detailed listings (ledgers). It is your best interest to keep the data entry true and accurate at all times.

3.8          There are only five (5) data entry pages to be filled by all users as follows:

  • Page 1: Collection
  • Page 2: Payment
  • Page 3: Others
  • Page 4: Fixed Assets
  • Page 5: Partnership profit sharing (for partnership business only)

3.9          Our platform auto generates six (6) basic business reports once you complete the data entry pages and make payment:

  • Statement of Income and Expenses (Profit & Loss statement)
  • Balance Sheet;
  • Schedule of Fixed Assets;
  • Schedule of Capital Allowances;
  • Summary of Financial Information (Form B for Sole Proprietor – Financial part only)
  • Summary of Financial Information (Form P for Partnership – Financial part and Apportionment of partnership income only)

3.10        You agree that the business reports are the consequence and output from your data entry. Hence, it is your responsibility to declare, disclose and key-in accurately and to ensure that it is full supported by documents and detailed listings (ledgers) at all times.

3.11        We do not provide accounting and tax services in our platform. You agree that you are fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of your data entry. Should you need help and further clarification, please contact our support team at: [email protected] or “Contact Us” section.

3.12        We do not provide/issue a true and fair view representation on the basic business reports. If you need to do stamping/verification/sign-offs, you need to seek professional advice(s) and services accordingly.

3.13        We reserve the right to make modification/update on the contents and structures of the business reports as we deem fit and relevant from time to time.

4.            PURCHASE, PAYMENT AND REFUND

4.1          We offer comprehensive online payment options through iPay88 at our website such as:

  • Credit/ Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • FPX Internet banking and Banking apps
  • E-wallet
  • Other Channels by iPay88

4.2          We do not charge any transaction fees for making purchases and processing payments at our website.

4.3          Refund is restricted to overpayment or redundant payment caused by technical related glitch during the payment process. If in case of refund, the Product that you purchased may be cancelled, and such cancellation takes effect within the next 24 hours. Once your cancellation has been effected, you only able to use it for signing purpose and will lose the end reporting features and functionalities. In the event that your account is found involved in any fraudulent transaction(s), we reserve the right at our sole discretion to temporarily suspend your Account. 4.4          Acceptance of Delivery Order

4.4.1      Upon completion of payment process, our automated billing system will generate an order confirmation and the said reports stated in Clause 3.9 within 24-48 hours.

4.4.2      Upon receipt of the order confirmation, you agree to examine the order confirmation and reports immediately or without delay.

4.4.3      You are agree to notify us of any missing/incomplete reports (stated in Clause 3.9) in writing no later than 7 calendar days of receipt of the reports and order confirmation. Please contact our support team at: [email protected] or “Contact Us” section.

5.            VIOLATIONS

5.1          Violations of this policy may result in the following:

  • Temporary deactivation;
  • Account suspension and subsequent termination;
  • Civil actions to protect our business reputation including filing for claim/ damages/ injunctions.

6.            FEEDBACKS AND COMPLAINTS

6.1          You may write to us via email or drop us a message at our website.

6.2          Our support team will work our best to respond between 24 to 48 hours.

6.3          Anonymous or unknown User ID will not be entertained.

6.4          We reserve the right not to respond to any form of communication including threats that is vague, racist, and defamatory in nature.

7.            YOUR REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES

You agree to exercise due care and not to:

  • violate any local regulatory and laws for any reason and/or purposes;
  • impersonate any person, entity, or affiliation and produce unauthorized reports from our website;
  • forge or create fraudulent documents with the intent to misrepresent, mislead or deceive third party with our P&S.

8.            SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the above T&C shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions in this jurisdiction nor the validity and enforceability of the provision in question under the law of any other jurisdiction.

9.            GOVERNING LAW

The T&C policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the in Malaysia.
